Seriuosly, one of the coolest books I've read in a LONG time.  If you are a geek that grew up in the 80s, you gotta read this book.

This was gift from a dear friend.  Although it is a children's book, it was fun to read.

Back in the habit...

So I decided to get back into autographs again. I purchased the Harvey list for 2011 and I have about 2 dozen ROMLBs to send out. I've been reading that it is getting more and more difficult to get a decent amount of returns. That kinda blows. I think I've built up a pretty good collection over the years on a pure free basis. I really don't have a problem paying for autographs. As long as it is reasonable. I'm not paying $300 for a signed baseball for a current player that makes over $3mil a year. Hell, I don't think I would pay over $100 for any player that is still active. Check that, I wouldn't pay more than $50 for an active player. Now, if he retired, that's a different story. But that's a rant for another day.
